The ESRIUM project, alongside eight other H2020 projects, presented its research findings during the poster session at the Harmony H20202 project final conference “Next Generation of Transport Planning Tools” on February 24th, 2023, in Barcelona at UAB Casa Convalescencia. The event brought together researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to discuss the latest developments and advancements in the field of transportation planning.
ESRIUM, “EGNSS-enabled Smart Road Infrastructure Usage and Maintenance for increased energy efficiency and safety on European road networks” is a research project focused on increasing the safety and resource efficiency of transport on European roads. Its key innovation is a digital map of road surface damage and road wear.
