ESRIUM<\/strong> took part in a workshop on 15 – 17 March 2023 at the TISA Committee Meeting <\/strong>in Brussels, <\/strong>an important annual event that brings together industry leaders in the field of traveller information services. One of the key topics discussed at the 2023 meeting was the classification of road damage. Andr\u00e1s CSEPINSZKY, <\/a>Director of Advanced Automotive Technology at the NNG<\/a>, a consortium partner at the ESRIUM H2020 project presented the so far results and obtained the necessary feedback.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

During the meeting, TISA members were present to provide feedback on how to encode road damage and what level of classification is needed. The objective was to develop a model that is useful and accessible to drivers. The dynamic data service providers were asked to share their needs and ideas, and several stakeholders provided feedback in the direction of a simpler model that is relevant for car drivers.<\/p>

The TISA Committee Meeting is an important forum for collaboration and sharing of expertise. By bringing together industry leaders, the meeting provides an opportunity to discuss the latest developments and challenges in traveler information services.
